Special Rules for Pattern Hub and Credit Rewards

1. Categories and Access Levels

Perler Bead Pattern or Fuse Bead Pattern available on the Pattern Hub are categorised into the following types:

• Free Patterns: Available to all registered users for browsing and downloading.
• Paid Patterns: Available for purchase using Pixtodot coin credits. Upon successful payment, users are granted access to browse and download the selected pattern.

The platform reserves the right to adjust drawing categories and access rules as needed for operations or promotions.

2. User Uploads and Copyright Declaration

• Users who upload drawings (“Creator(s)”) must ensure they hold full copyright or legal authorization for all uploaded content.
• By uploading drawings, Creators grant Starii Innovation Pte. Ltd., the platform and/or other users a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to host, display, distribute, and promote their content.
• If a Creator chooses to offer a drawing as paid content, they must clearly indicate its price, access conditions, and permitted usage scope.

3. Credit Mechanism

• Creators may set their own prices for paid drawings.
• Users can purchase paid drawings using platform credits.
• Platform credits may only be used within the platform and have no cash value; they cannot be sold, withdrawn, or transferred externally.

4. Content Standards and Review

• All uploaded drawings must comply with applicable laws. Drawings may not infringe intellectual property rights or contain unlawful, obscene, or offensive materials.
• The platform reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict access to drawings that violate these rules. In serious cases, user accounts may be suspended and credits forfeited.

5. Rights and Removal

• Creators may request to remove their drawings from the platform; however, prior transactions or licenses already granted will remain valid.
• Users who have previously purchased or downloaded drawings retain licensed usage rights even if the drawing is later removed.

6. Program Adjustments and Notifications

The platform may modify the credit reward system, or drawing categories as needed. Changes will be announced publicly in advance through official notices.
